The beach is positioned alongside the Stanley Park Seawall, and bikers, walkers, and joggers are constantly passing by.

History:
As far back as the 1880s, Second Beach was a social gathering point. The now-bright-teal swimming pool started as a tide-filled concrete pool, with the saltwater refreshed each week.
