2. Christmas on Grouse Mountain

Bring the entire family to Grouse Mountain for a sleigh ride through the mystical alpine forest, visit Santa's workshop, and skate on Mountain-top Ice Skating Pond.

5. Bright Nights at Stanley Park

About: This has been a family Christmas tradition for over 20 years and has 1 million lights that transform the train, barnyard, and forest into a winter wonderland. Ride the train with the kids and see Santa's workshop.
Where: Stanley Park - Georgia Street Entrance, Vancouver, BC
When: November 28th, 2008 To: January 9th, 2008, 3pm - 10pm every day and closed on December, 25th.
Cost: Admission to the park is free and tickets are $8.00 (adults) and $5.00 (Children) which includes the Bright Nights train ride and Children's Farmyard.

6. Santa Shuffle Event

About: The Santa Shuffle is known as a 1km Elf Walk and a 5km Fun Run. This joyous event helps The Salvation Army to assist families in need during the Christmas holidays and throughout the year.
