The Staff:

The staff at the Bearfoot Bistro and Champagne Lounge are phenomenal. The owner, André Saint Jacques, was a delight and very funny. He was informative about the sabering of the champagne bottles and showed us the amazing wine cellar.

The award winning Executive Chef Melissa Craig put together a tasting for us of all their new dishes. Every tasting came with another fine wine to try, and all of the tastings were unique and flavourful. She was awarded the Gold Medal at the Canadian Culinary Championships.

The rest of the staff that hosted us throughout the night were very friendly and helpful in describing each dish that came to the table. They gave great service and were a great team to be around.

The Wine Cellar: Samples of Red Wine

The Wine Cellar at the Bearfoot Bistro will blow your mind. With over 20,000 bottle of wine, this was the largest wine cellar I have ever seen. Quite the collection! The wine cellar can host up to 30 people and you can learn all about how to saber a champagne bottle. It is the largest wine cellar and wine collection in Western Canada.

Some wine samples of the wine cellar are:
