100-550 Denman Street, Vancouver, BC

In 2005, Vancouver lost one of its greatest hot spots when a wrecking ball crashed down on it. The Crime Lab was a popular spot for locals and tourists and it was taken down because of condo development. This was always one of Vancouver's hidden secrets and used to actually be a police crime lab. How cool is that?!

Kim Cole, a former employee of this great spot has brought it back to life! It's smart, classy, easy to find and much bigger. Located at 100 -550 Denman Street, it has a great waterfront location and a great view of the city. This establishment features friendly staff, a great and funky martini menu and an affordable food menu.

Some menu items are geared towards the tourists such as candied sockeye salmon along with Canadian maple syrup. Other items include delicacies such as sweet chorizo, baby calamari, fried squid, butter lettuce, Dungeness crab cakes, lamb lollipops and Portobello mushroom and goat cheese ravioli. Yummy! This place is great for patio fun in the summer and cozy warm inside dining on the darker days in the winter. All of the menu items are in the theme of 'crime' so CSI watch out!
