Guide Review - Blue Horizon Hotel
This funky hotel was built way back in the 1960’s and it situated on Vancouver’s famous shopping street, Robson Street. Nearby is the luxury Listel Vancouver Hotel and the Pacific Palisades, but these can be more expensive than the Blue Horizon Hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious and there are excellent views towards English Bay and the North Shore Mountains. The showers, tubs and bathrooms tend to be a little bit smaller. They even have an ‘eco floor’ where you can enjoy recycling bins, efficient lighting etc. The hotel features an exercise room, a sauna, jacuzzi, pool, internet access, coffeemakers, air conditioning, pay per view movies, and televisions. The hotel is 31 stories high and has 214 rooms.
