Olympic Torch Arrives October 30th

The 2010 Olympic Torch is coming to town all the way from Greece this October 30th, 2009, so make sure you get to this fun festive event from 5:30PM to 8:30PM on the lawns of British Columbia's Legislative Buildings in Victoria, on Vancouver Island. If you want to welcome the flame and see it go off on its Canadian domestic relay adventure, make sure to be there!

The 2010 Olympic torch will arrive in Victoria's Inner Harbour and will adventure through Greater Victoria and onto downtown Victoria where there will be loads of activities, music, artists, acrobats, celebrities, athletes and more. It's a free event open to all of the public and you can sail free on BC Ferries if you book a 2 night trip package with Tourism Victoria at www.itsvictoria.com.
