Jokes about being No. 1 aside, the Langley Street Loo in Victoria has been voted Canada's Best Restroom in a Cintas Canada contest. The outdoor stainless steel washroom garnered the most votes, and is a favorite in the BC capital for its simplistic design, late-night availability, and airy ventilation
Another British Columbia finalist, the Georgian Court Hotel in Vancouver, came in at fourth place. Both, I imagine, are flushed with the attention.
Vancouver also took the top honor in the contest's 2010 edition, when the Byrne Road Cactus Club won the title.
